Vegan Egg
Vegan egg vegan egg substitute, one package of 128g is enough for 40 eggs. The taste is indistinguishable from a real egg. It's yummy.
Ingredients: Tapioca flour, potato starch, psyllium powder, inulin, thickener: guar gum, Himalayan black salt, natural coloring: vegetable carotenoids.
Energy values per 100g: Energy: 1264 kJ/301 kcal: Fats: 1.4 g (of which fatty saturated acids: 0.3 g), Carbohydrates: 56 g (of which sugars: 2.3 g), Proteins: 2 .8 g, Fiber: 27 g, Salt: 1.9 g.
Use: To prepare one egg: Pour 50 ml of water into a container, add 5 ml of vegan egg powder and immediately start mixing until well mixed. Let the mixture stand for 3 minutes and the vegan egg is ready.
To prepare one vegan egg yolk: Whisk 50 ml of water, 5 ml of vegan egg powder and 5 ml of oil in a bowl. Let stand for 3 minutes.
Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 5°-25°C Humidity: 75%.
