Vegan Omelet
Vegan Omelet is a great substitute for a vegan omelet. You can make 15 omelettes from the entire 180g package. It tastes great like the original. Without chemical additives, dyes and preservatives.
Ingredients: Pea flour, pea protein concentrate, chickpea flour, vegetable fiber, yeast extract, Himalayan black salt, natural thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, natural color: vegetable carotenes, natural aroma.
Use: To prepare one egg: Mix thoroughly 12 g of vEGGs powder (22 ml), 2 and a half spoons of water (37 ml / 37 g) and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use it as a chicken egg.
Pour the mixture into a heated, greased pan with a non-stick surface. Fry for about 5 minutes, gently stirring, turning and
crush. Stir only occasionally.
