The company MMM HOLDING s.r.o., IČO: 48067105, Dubova 5397/13, 90027 Bernolakovo is the operator of all personal data that it will process in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of the European Union, hereinafter referred to as the Operator.
The scope of personal data that are processed and the purposes of their processing.
The current legislation allows the processing of personal data on the basis of the law (ie without the consent of the data subject), a legitimate interest or on the basis of the consent of the data subject.
For the purpose of providing services to clients and other affected persons, the Operator processes the following personal data to the required extent and on the basis of a legitimate interest: name, surname, address, city, country, postal code, domain name, username and e-mail address.
The Operator also for the purpose of providing information and improving services to the required extent and on the basis of consent by storing my data in accordance with the Privacy Policy processes the following personal data: name, e-mail address and website name.
Provision of data to third parties.
In order to provide services in full, personal data obtained by the Operator may also be processed by third parties. When choosing these partners, we always make sure that a high standard of protection of your personal data is guaranteed.
The personal data of the data subject may be processed in countries of the European Union and countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data can only take place in third countries whose legal regime is considered by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

Deadline for deleting personal data.
The Operator undertakes to process and store the personal data of the affected persons, clients for a period of one year from the last mutual contact or communication and subsequently delete them from its database.
